Is Mineral Water Safe for My Struggling Plants?

I recently rescued some plants and I'm trying to nurse them back to health. However, while I was away, my partner used bottled mineral water to water them. I'm worried about the impact this might have on the plants since they're already struggling. What should I do?

Using mineral water once or twice probably won’t hurt your plants too much. It has some salt in it, which could potentially damage a few leaves, but overall, they should be fine. Just avoid using it regularly for watering!

Thanks for the reassurance! My tap water is pretty hard, so I guess that's maybe why I’m a bit concerned.

You really don’t need to stress about it! Honestly, it’s much better than when I saw someone at a restaurant pouring leftover soda on plants outside. Your plants will bounce back!

Yeah, any water is better than soda! At least mineral water is a step up.

Nutty that you’re worried—bottled mineral water shouldn’t harm your plants at all. Just make sure to switch back to normal watering methods for the best results.
