I started a jalapeño seedling indoors, but I've noticed some mold growing in the soil. Should I be worried about this affecting my seedling's growth?

A little mold isn't usually a big deal, especially for peppers. They tend to be pretty resilient. Your seedling will either sprout or it won't, mold shouldn't make a huge impact on that.

I get where you're coming from! As long as the mold isn't smothering your seedling, it should be fine. Congrats on your sprout by the way!
