Is My Enphase System Installer Messing Up? Need Some Help!

Hey everyone! I've been digging into my Enphase solar setup lately and think my installer messed up. I initially purchased a 5200W DC system, which should consist of 12 x 400W Q Cells with IQ7+ microinverters. However, I see that my system is only reporting 10 panels in the array. Shouldn't I have 12? It looks like I have 2 unprovisioned microinverters up there. Is there an easy way to identify these without getting on the roof and checking each one? Also, isn't it true that there's one microinverter per panel? Any advice on how to sort this out would be greatly appreciated!

You are right! The DC system size is indeed measured by the panel rating times the number of panels. So, your 4.8kW system from 12 panels should be generating properly. If there are 2 panels unaccounted for in the app, the installer might have forgotten to log the serial numbers for those microinverters. Check with them; they typically should provide a diagram with those details. Also, if you have the Enlighten Manager app access, you can potentially see more info about your system's performance and which panels are missing.

Thanks for the detailed reply! I actually have access to Enlighten Manager. It looks like my installer entered the array incorrectly since I see two panels not generating. I might need to go up there to see if I can spot the microinverters' lights. Is there a simpler way to do that?
