Is My Freshly Painted Room Looking Normal?
Asked by SassyPanda93
I just checked out the room after the painters finished, and I noticed some issues. It looks a bit uneven, and I'm wondering if this is normal and will smooth out overnight, or should I be concerned? Here's a photo for reference: https://imgur.com/gallery/OyAXpNY. Oh, and I found out that they were only working on the walls today and will come back to do the ceilings and trim.

From my experience, it's normal for paint to look a bit uneven right after application. It usually evens out as it dries. Just give it some time! But if you're really worried, keep an eye on it overnight.

It seems like the overspray on the ceiling might be an issue, but if they’re planning on painting the ceilings later, that should fix it. Just check with them to confirm they’ll come back for that!

SassyPanda93: Yeah, I talked to them and found out today was just for the walls. They’ll definitely be back for the ceilings and trim!
