I've been storing my grass seed in an unheated garage for a couple of years here in Massachusetts. Although we've done everything right—fertilized, aerated, and watered—I'm noticing that the seed isn't really growing much. Could the storage conditions have ruined my seed? Does seed actually go bad in these types of conditions?
