Is My Jungle Waterfall Shower Idea Even Possible?

I'm thinking about remodeling my shower and want to create a jungle waterfall theme. The plan is to make the walls look like a terrarium using carved foam covered in a thin layer of colored concrete. I've read that XPS foam board can work in wet and humid areas, which would mean I'd need fewer tools and it'd be easier to cut. However, I keep wondering about the durability—how long would it last? I'd love to hear your thoughts on whether this idea is actually feasible or if it's just dreaming big.

It seems like waterproofing would be a massive challenge. Any materials you use will probably struggle with the constant moisture, making it hard for the structure to last long. But it is a cool idea!
