I've been diving into the process of painting kitchen cabinets, and honestly, it's been way tougher than I expected! There are so many steps involved—cleaning, sanding, priming, and painting, and then doing it all over again. It's making me wonder if I should just hire some pros to handle it. So, I'm curious, if I'm dealing with a brand new house that has never been used and features brand new white cabinets, will it be easier to repaint them? Or do you think professionals would charge less since it's all new?

Honestly, at this point, you might want to consider leaving it to the pros. They can give you better quality work with less chance of errors, plus you won’t have to deal with the stress and frustration of doing it yourself.
Hiring professionals would probably still cost the same, but you might have a bit less cleaning to do with brand new cabinets. The prep work and painting should be pretty similar, though.
In general, the only real advantage of new cabinets is that you won’t have to deal with greasy buildup from years of use. But if they’re already painted white, you’re still gonna need to sand them down first, so it won't be a quick task either way.
