Is That Dark Floor in My Garage a Sign of Dampness?

Hey everyone! I'm renting a small garage for my car for the first time, and the price seems reasonable. However, I noticed that the floor is dark and I'm a bit worried about it. I'm wondering if it could be damp or something else? Could this be dangerous for my car? Here's a picture of the floor: [this is the pic](https://i.imgur.com/uQaDJen.png).

Honestly, it looks pretty normal for a garage to me. Unless you've got a luxury car like a Rolls Royce, I wouldn’t stress too much about it!

Thanks! No, I definitely don’t have a RR, but since my car is new, I just want to be careful.

Try putting a paper towel on the floor and stepping on it. If it gets wet, then that might be something to worry about. You could also grab a cheap hygrometer to check the humidity when the door is closed. Honestly, it could just be dirt from tires or something similar.

Thanks for the suggestion! I reached out to the owner after finding that ad online.
