I recently got some card scrapers but don't own a burnisher. Instead of buying one, I'm considering the Accuburr. Is it really worth the investment? I've heard that some people just use screwdriver shafts for this purpose. What do you think?

I've been using screwdriver shafts as makeshift burnishers for years! They're super handy and definitely get the job done. I sometimes think about upgrading, but honestly, I've never felt the need to. The shavings come out good, and I've stuck with my basic setup. If it ain’t broke, right?
