Is the DCF845 Driver Kit Worth the Price?

Hey everyone! I'm looking at the DCF845 driver kit and trying to figure out if it's a good price. I've also noticed that there are different model numbers, like dcf845D1E1. Can anyone explain what the letters after the model number mean?
