Is the M12 Tool Platform Good Enough for Kitchen Installation?

Hey everyone! I woke up today to find that all my tools were stolen from my van. I was using an 18v Makita system along with some Festool gear, but it seems my Makita tools were the only ones taken. Now I'm considering switching to the M12 platform. Are there any kitchen installers out there who can share their experiences with the M12 tools? Thanks!

Definitely check out the M12 installation driver (#2505-22). It's designed specifically for cabinet work and works really well! Just to clarify, will it handle a 3-inch hole saw through plywood? I find my M12 can manage it but it does complain a bit. I haven't tried it with my installation driver yet, though.

That's good to know! I was wondering about that, so your feedback really helps.

I've been using the M12 line for a while, and I can tell you that the M12 impact driver has plenty of power for cabinet screws and assembling cabinets. Plus, the M12 multitool is fantastic; my foreman often borrows mine instead of using his Makita. As a finish carpenter, I find the M12 line meets all my needs!
