I'm considering purchasing the Milwaukee 3497-22 M12 FUEL 2-Tool Combo Kit, which includes a drill and impact driver. I already own some Milwaukee outdoor equipment that I really like, and as a DIY enthusiast, I don't need tools for daily use. The price seems reasonable, but I'd love to hear what others think about this deal before I commit. Any advice?

It’s okay, but not the best. If you wait a bit, you’re likely to find a better deal. That said, if you snag it now, you won't lose too much money.
You can find it at a lower price on the Home Depot website than this sale.
I’d recommend holding off. There’s a strong chance a better deal will pop up in the next couple of months. Just recently, my friend scored the same kit, plus an extra 5.0ah battery, for $199. Keep an eye on Home Depot’s daily deals, especially their 'special buy of the day'—it could save you some cash!
No, I’m in the US. Thanks for the info!
If you have a Home Depot nearby, there’s a way to get this combo for just $150 by returning the battery. That is definitely a better deal! Thanks for the heads up on the hack for that one. I’m dangerously close to a HD. Too close for my wallet’s own good.

Not needed atm, but will be needed by mid-summer for a deck project.
