I've got more than 10 Milwaukee tools and I'm thinking about picking up the Milwaukee Packout system, especially since the new rolling drawer is dropping soon. Can anyone tell me if the Packout is truly worth the investment? What are its pros and cons? Appreciate any insights!

The Packout has a pretty dedicated following, but honestly, it's a bit cumbersome for most jobs. Not every trade needs a huge rolling toolbox to get work done. Just my two cents!
I've tried Rigid and DeWalt's tool systems, and I've broken them on the job, but the Packout has held up well for me since I switched. It's definitely sturdier, albeit a bit heavier. If you're an average DIYer, it might be overkill, but for tradesmen, it's worth the money.
Thanks, I’ll check it out in Home Depot for sure. Quality is key!
I've got more Packout than any other system, but I have to admit the Flex Stack Pack has the best quality overall. Plus, they come with adapters that let you mix Flex and Milwaukee boxes. One downside is that the red Packout just screams 'steal me!' while my Flex stuff is plain grey and flies under the radar!
Honestly, I got the Packout mainly because I love the red color and how modular the system is. I've installed some wall plates in my van and been using the crates and organizers without any hassle. But hey, just a heads up, you probably won't be rolling around with a full five-stack setup all the time!
Totally agree! The red and black look cool, but I've been relying on two Milwaukee bags lately, and I'm getting tired of hauling them around. They just don’t seem to hold up as well either.

You might have a point, but the versatility and storage options make a big difference for me. Way better than lugging around standard contractor bags!
