Hey everyone! I stumbled upon a YouTube review from about three weeks ago about the DeWALT DXV10P-QT 10 Gallon StealthSonic vacuum. It seems like this might be a new model or line. I'm curious to know if anyone has more details on it.
Also, I'm in a bit of a dilemma—should I wait for this new model to become available? The current line (DXVxxP-QT) has some serious issues, including motor and electrical problems that can lead to burnt outlets or even fires.

I totally get your concerns! I have a StealthSonic vacuum and it’s hands down one of my best buys for the workshop. It works great!
Actually, the StealthSonic line isn’t brand new. I’ve been using the 9-gallon version for a while now and it’s solid. Very powerful!
Yeah, the DXVxxP-QT(A) isn't recent, but this new 10-gallon model seems to be. I'm stuck between getting the 12-gal for $149 or the 9-gal for $139. Do you think the extra 0.5 hp makes a big difference?
