Is the Runout on My New M18 Drill Normal?

I've just purchased a new M18 drill and I've noticed the runout is about 5 thousandths at the chuck. I reached out to Milwaukee, and while they provided a return label, it felt very automated, and I couldn't share my video to show them the issue. My main concern is that they might receive it and claim it's within acceptable limits, then charge me for the return shipping. Is this runout really something to worry about, or am I overreacting? Has anyone else dealt with similar issues during the repair process?

I’ve used my M18 in hammer mode and noticed significant runout too. It makes you question the effectiveness of that feature if it’s not performing as expected.
