Is the Samsung Dishwasher a Smart Buy or a Big Mistake?

I'm considering a Samsung dishwasher because it has a stylish design and comes with some cool features like a separate utensil tray, auto door opening, and smart capabilities—all for about $700. I've seen reviews that compare it favorably to Bosch and GE, but I'm worried about potential problems down the line. Has anyone had a solid experience with Samsung dishwashers? Are they a great deal or something I'll regret in the long run? Let me know before I commit!

Honestly, I would steer clear of Samsung. I've had bad experiences with their appliances, and they have a reputation for not being reliable. If you're looking for something dependable, Bosch is a better option in my opinion. I've had two and they've been great!

For sure, Bosch has been solid for me too! I’ve had the same one for over 20 years without any issues.

I bought a Samsung dishwasher a few years ago, and it works fine so far, but I've heard from a lot of people that they can start having issues pretty quickly. The dish cleanliness can be inconsistent, and I've had to pay for repairs on other Samsung appliances before. Just something to consider!

Yeah, I’ve found that even with a newer Samsung model, sometimes dishes don’t come out clean, especially if they are on the higher rack.

I love the aesthetics and features of my Samsung dishwasher, but keep in mind that it can be tricky to find repair services that work on them, and the parts tend to be pricey. If you really want one, just be smart about where you buy it from and what warranty you get.

Thanks for the heads up! I’d definitely look into warranty options if I decide to go with it.
