Is There a Difference Between These Two Milwaukee Sawzalls at Walmart and Home Depot?

I'm trying to figure out if there's any real difference between the Milwaukee M18 Fuel Sawzall available at Walmart and the one at Home Depot. They both share the model number 2821-20, but the price at Walmart is $80 cheaper. Is the one from Walmart not actually the Gen 2 model, or is it the same one? Any insights on this would be appreciated!

One thing to keep in mind is that Walmart isn't an authorized dealer for Milwaukee tools. The listing can be from a different seller, which might raise concerns about authenticity or support. On the other hand, the Home Depot version is from a reputable authorized dealer. They might look the same and have the same model number, but it's always safer to buy from authorized retailers.

So, does that mean I should be wary of warranties or possible fakes if I buy from Walmart?
