I'm planning to cut down a wall in my single-story ranch-style home to turn the counter into an island/table, but I'm unsure if it's load bearing. The wall seems to be right in the middle of the house. I don't have any other pictures that show more angles, but you can see the outside here: https://imgur.com/a/DpXaPda. Can anyone help me figure this out?

Yeah, there isn’t enough detail to give a definitive answer. If it helps, you mentioned it's a single story, which could make it simpler, but you really should look into whether there’s a basement and if there’s a beam down there. That could provide some clues!
It’s tough to say without more info. What’s situated above that wall? Is it a roof or a second story? If it’s supporting more weight, it might be load bearing!
From what I can see, if that wall runs along the same direction as the ridge beam of your roof, it’s likely load bearing. You could still open it up, but you’d need to find a way to safely transfer the load above it. It's best to consult a pro just to be safe!
