Hey everyone! I'm looking for some advice on a wall-mounted sink we're considering for our powder bathroom. Check it out here: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Swiss-Madison-Carre-Ceramic-Wall-Mount-Bathroom-Sink-in-Glossy-White-SM-WS330/322406525. My main concern is whether I'll be in a tough spot if we ever have plumbing issues. Would we really have to take the whole thing off the wall just to access the pipes?

Nah, you're not going to be in too much trouble! The sink is designed to be hung, and all the plumbing connections are typically made from below. It gets a bit tight in there, but as long as the installation is done right, you shouldn't have to remove the sink for any repairs. It's pretty standard in the plumbing world!
I'd suggest chatting with your plumber before locking in your decision. Getting everything to match up like in the picture can be a hassle. The drain and water connections need to be super precise, and you might find that you'll have to open up the walls to reposition some pipes. It's definitely something to keep in mind as your project progresses.
Thanks for the heads up! We’re planning to gut the bathroom anyway, but it sounds like this might be a challenging install.

That’s good to hear! Just trying to make sure it won't be a nightmare if we need a plumber later on.
