Is Using PVC Quarter Round on My Bathroom Ceiling a Mistake?

I'm trying to figure out if using PVC quarter round around the ceiling in my bathroom is a good idea. The tiles almost reach the ceiling, but there's this small quarter-inch caulk line that I really don't like. I held up a piece of the quarter round from Lowe's, and to me, it looks okay. But I've never actually seen anyone put quarter round on a ceiling before. Am I missing something here? Should I go for it or is it a total design no-no?

Honestly, I think you should just chill out about the corners! Sometimes you gotta relax and not worry about every little detail. Looking up at it all the time might drive you crazy! Just focus on enjoying your bathroom.

Exactly! It's just a bathroom, not a gallery!
