Hey everyone! I have a Deye Inverter (model SUN-8K-SG01LP1) paired with 15KW batteries. Everything runs smoothly on a daily basis, but I run into a problem when the grid goes down. After a few hours without grid power, my inverter shuts off even though the batteries are fully charged. I'm wondering if anyone has any tips to fix this issue. Thanks a lot for your help!

It seems like there's not much detail here to go on. I'm curious about how everything is wired up. Do you have a diagram of your setup? Also, how do you determine the batteries are at full charge? When you say "the inverter goes off," what exactly does that look like? Is the inverter properly sized for your power needs? Just some things to think about!
I can relate! I also had a similar experience. Your system sounds like it should handle your consumption, especially if you're not using more than 5KW. If your batteries were fully charged during a sunny day, and the inverter turns off after hours without grid power, that does seem odd. You mentioned you're set to Zero Export to Load. Did the inverter display any fault codes or messages? Might be worth checking that too!
