Hey everyone! I just bought the Milwaukee M18 push mower, and I've noticed that while I'm cutting, grass is shooting out the back quite a bit. I checked the mulching plug and saw a bunch of gaps that seem to let grass escape. Is this a common issue? Could I have a defective plug? Thanks for any insights!

My mower does that a bit too. It’s pretty common for lawn mowers to fling out some clippings. As long as you aren't getting blasted with a ton of them, it's usually alright. My old craftsman mower had some minor leaks as well.
I haven't had any problems like that with mine. Sounds like maybe there's a setup issue with your specific mower. Have you double-checked the installation of the mulching plug?
Yeah, I get that some clippings are normal, but this seems excessive since it’s visibly shooting out and piling up on the dragging piece.
