Hey everyone! I'm curious to hear from women about your personal preferences regarding toilet shapes—specifically, do you prefer round toilets or elongated ones when it's just for you? I know guys usually lean towards elongated, but I'm interested in women's views. Many women, like myself, don't really need the extra length of an elongated bowl since our anatomy is different. I find that round toilets can be easier for shorter legs too, especially when standing up. How do you feel about round versus elongated toilets? If you've had to adapt to having an elongated toilet at home, I'd love to hear how it's been for you!

I personally prefer round toilets. My husband does too, but I think I'm in the minority since most people seem to love elongated ones! I also can’t stand those new high toilets; they don’t let my feet sit flat on the ground, and I’m not even that short!
Preach! I'm totally with you; the round ones feel so much more comfortable.
For me, it’s all about comfort. I like round toilets for everyday use. But when I’m feeling under the weather, I prefer elongated ones because they give me more space to aim. Plus, I have a small bathroom where Elongated would just take up too much room!
I can see both sides, but I’m all about elongated toilets! They feel more spacious. Round toilets just remind me of child-sized potties, to be honest.
I prefer elongated. They feel more supportive for me; I have some issues that require me to get into a squat position at times, and round ones just don’t work for that.
Yikes!!! That sounds uncomfortable! I’m glad elongated works better for you.
Honestly, I think round toilets are perfect for smaller spaces. I got a tiny one for my guest bath, and it’s so much better for me, plus it was budget-friendly!
I used to think round toilets were fine until I got a bidet. Now that I'm renovating my bathroom, I upgraded to an elongated, and I can't believe how much better it is!

I like elongated, but I totally agree about the height! Those tall ones are way too high.
