Hey everyone! I'm on the hunt for a free or mostly free app to help me take care of my plants. I'm looking for features like saving plant information, setting reminders for watering, diagnosing issues, and so on. Right now, I'm using "Picture This", but I've found out that you can't save your plants for more than 90 days without paying for a premium subscription. So, I'm hoping to find something similar that won't break the bank! Any suggestions?

You might want to try using the reminders app on your phone! Personally, I just watch how my plants do and adjust based on that. For example, I water my Snake plants every two weeks, while my ZZ plants get water every 15 days, and my Alocasia Polly likes distilled water every 10 days. I also use a moisture meter to help figure out what works best for my plants in my home!
I've been using the app called Plant Parent on Android, and it's worked really well for me. The free version is all I need, even though there is a premium option. It might bug you with subscription ads when you open it, but once you close them, it's super helpful with reminders for watering and fertilizing, plus it has a diagnosing feature that's pretty handy too!
Thanks a lot! I'll definitely check that one out. It sounds like what I liked about Picture This before they changed their free features.
I get that. But I really like the extra features that plant apps offer. Keeping everything organized in one place helps me a lot!
