Looking for Cactus Soil Recommendations in Texas

Hey everyone! I did a lot of potting this weekend and just found out that my go-to cactus soil brand isn't available anymore. I tried using Miracle Grow's Cactus/Palm/Citrus soil, but it wasn't the best fit for me. I really need a soil mix that has as few sticks and big bark chunks as possible since most of my succulents are in small pots, and those larger pieces can be a hassle. I usually mix 1/3 cactus soil with 2/3 grit, so I'm aware that any pre-bought option will probably need some tweaks. Can anyone suggest some cactus soil brands that they swear by?

Definitely let folks know where you're located! It's true, some soils are easier to find depending on the region. I've found that a lot of the best cactus mixes come from California, but you might have to make adjustments based on what's available in Texas. Good luck!

I’d recommend trying Sunshine Professional Growing Mix. It’s a solid all-purpose potting mix and works well for cacti. Plus, it tends to have a finer texture that might suit your tiny pots better!
