I'm trying to brighten up my house plant collection with some colorful hanging plants. I have a shelf that gets a lot of bright indirect light, especially from April to September, and I really enjoy viney plants like pothos, Hoya, and philodendron that can cascade down. Can anyone suggest some good options? Bonus points if they're low maintenance, as I sometimes leave town for 1-2 weeks!

Check out Hoya wayetii or the Kentiana variegata! They're beautiful and can add a nice splash of color. Just make sure they have enough light and they'll be happy hanging out on your shelf.
I recently got a rainbow moss plant; it came in a hanging basket. I didn't realize they prefer low light, but I have some areas that work for it. It's started to grow some trailing bits in the month I've had it. I think they could suit your needs, especially if you have a low-light area. Here's a picture of mine!
