I'm on the hunt for some reliable garden loppers that won't bend over time. Every pair I've owned with aluminum arms seems to warp eventually. Has anyone come across loppers that truly stand the test of time?

I bought a pair from Lidl a couple of years back, and they’ve worked great for me. Definitely worth considering if you're looking for something affordable and effective!
I'd highly recommend checking out Stihl loppers. I've had mine for about 40 years and while they show some wear, they still do the job perfectly. They’ve got two moving parts, so there's not much that can go wrong with them. Just solid tools that have lasted me ages!
Haha, maybe just grab a more recent model instead of the vintage ones?
Nice! So I should look for some vintage Stihl loppers then? ? But seriously, I couldn't find any on their current catalogue. Looks like they've shifted focus towards pole pruners, which are basically chainsaws on a stick and pretty pricey at about £700 without the battery.

I got a pair too! They've held up well for me as well.
