Hi everyone! I'm new to posting here, so I hope I'm following the right etiquette. My grandma has dementia and has recently moved into a nursing home. She loves plants, but she often forgets if she's taken care of them and tends to overwater them multiple times a day. I want to find some plants that can survive -- or even thrive -- under her care. I was thinking about using pothos in high drainage soil or maybe in leca so she can see there's enough water. I'm looking for some fun plant suggestions to brighten up her room. Any ideas would be super appreciated. Thanks a lot!

How about getting her some pothos cuttings in a clear vase filled with decorative stones? That way, she can easily see if the water is full or if it needs a top-up. It looks nice and will be a great way for her to stay engaged with the plant.

I love this idea! I have some pothos too and might just steal it for my own place!
