Hey everyone! I'm in search of skilled woodworkers in the Atlanta area who can come to my house to repair the broken leg of my dining table. It's a really heavy piece, and I can't transport it easily. The set is quite valuable, worth around $50,000, so I'm looking for someone exceptionally good at what they do. Any recommendations?

For an expensive table, I wouldn’t mind flying down for a few days to help with the repair. Sometimes, dealing with high-value pieces like that means you need someone who knows what they're doing—like refinishing or crafting new parts if necessary.
If you can manage to detach the leg from the table, that will make things much easier. Just flip it over and check for the bolts. You might even find someone willing to help you if you ask friends. Once it’s off, take it to a local shop if possible, or research woodworkers who might do house calls—though those are rare.
