Hey everyone! I'm new to this forum and hoping to get some suggestions. I'm specifically looking for books that focus on pruning and maintaining a healthy vegetable garden. I've done some searching online, but I've had a hard time finding literature that addresses pruning in vegetable gardens specifically. I already have a few general gardening books, but none of them cover the pruning aspects, which I find surprising. Any recommendations?

Honestly, I've found that I do very little pruning on my vegetable plants—just trimming off dead leaves or cutting anything below the first fruit. I’ve got three books on pruning, but none of them cover veggies in depth. It just doesn’t seem like a huge necessity for them.
I think it really depends on the type of plants you're dealing with. Not everything in a veggie garden needs pruning! For example, with tomatoes, some varieties need a lot of space and support, while others don't require any pruning at all. It’s not a one-size-fits-all situation, so I’d suggest using resources like ChatGPT or similar tools to get specific advice on pruning different vegetables.
