Looking for Great Gardening and Cookbook Recommendations

Hey everyone! I'm an enthusiastic self-taught gardener with over 20 years of experience, and I'm on the hunt for some awesome book recommendations. I'm interested in a mix, including gardening books, cookbooks, or anything you've found super helpful over the years. For cookbooks, I'm especially looking for those focused on preserving what I grow or recipes that highlight allotment produce.

To give you an idea of my gardening setup, I have raised beds and a greenhouse, focusing mainly on veggies and a few fruits like dwarf apple and pear trees in pots. I've also recently started growing flowers, primarily for cutting. I propagate all my plants from seeds and practice the no dig method. Thanks in advance for your suggestions! ?

For an inspiring read, I'd recommend 'The Well Tempered Garden' by Christopher Lloyd. It's a bit less visual than his other works, but it really helped me shift from just looking things up to actually gaining the confidence to figure things out myself.

Check out 'Gardening Through the Year' by Ian Spence, published by the RHS. It's laid out month by month with loads of tips and inspiration for what to do year-round!

'Jekka's Herb Book' by Jekka McVicar is phenomenal for anyone looking to dive deep into herbs and their uses.

If you’re into preserving, Pam Corbin’s books are unbeatable. Each recipe is a winner! For general gardening, you might enjoy anything by Carole Klein or even classics from Beth Chatto and Vita Sackville-West.
