I'm trying to design a lazy Susan-style slip ring and want to avoid making a makeshift solution for the electrical contacts. Ideally, I'd like to find something similar to electronic wipers used in potentiometers. I'm hoping to find off-the-shelf options that are reliable and suited for low voltage applications. Right now, my not-so-great idea involves using nickel strips bent to maintain contact, but I'm open to better suggestions!

You could consider using a slip ring connector; they're readily available and can simplify your setup. A quick search will help you find options in your price range!

I found one on Amazon for about $10! Might be worth checking out if it fits your needs.
