I'm in the market for a portable oscilloscope to help me with a project, but I'm not looking for anything too high-end. I've been eyeing models like the FNIRSI 2C53T and 2C53P, or the dpox180H from AliExpress. I've seen a mix of reviews, and I'm curious to hear from anyone who has experience with these models. Ideally, I want something about the size of a multimeter that runs on battery and costs under CAD$200.

You should definitely check out the ZEEWEII DSO3D12! It's a solid portable scope with a built-in multimeter, and it's well within your budget on AliExpress. I've been using mine for a while, and I'm really satisfied with it.
I got the ZOYI 703s from AliExpress and I'm quite happy with it. It's a reliable little oscilloscope for various tasks, and it has worked well for my projects.
I bought a portable oscilloscope from Amazon about a year ago, and honestly, it's been doing the job just fine for the price. It's definitely on the cheaper side but has worked well for my occasional needs.

I’ve heard mixed things about some brands. What do you think of the display quality and battery life on the ZOYI?
