I recently tackled a project and ran into a frustrating problem: not all cordless screwdriver bits are magnetic! It took ages to drill in just four screws because they kept falling off the bit. Does anyone have suggestions for good magnetic drill bits? I've only been able to find bit holders that are magnetic, which doesn't seem like the right solution to me.

Have you considered magnetizing the bits you already own? It’s actually a pretty straightforward process! Just use a strong magnet, and you’ll be able to stick screws to your bits without issue.
I’ve had similar issues. The magnetic bits I tried ended up breaking too easily, which was pretty frustrating. I've found that using a magnetic bit holder with non-magnetic bits works really well for me. I keep the smaller bits for normal jobs and use an extender for tougher work—it’s been a game changer! Just keep in mind that non-magnetic bits are usually a lot cheaper.
