I'm a big fan of silver and Himalayan birches, but I find they can grow excessively tall for my garden space. Are there any smaller tree options that resemble them in appearance but won't reach such heights?

You might want to check out the Trinity College Birch! It's a smaller variety that still gives off that birch vibe without reaching towering heights.
Consider Amelanchier! It's a charming little tree with stunning autumn foliage and berries that attract birds. It's a fantastic option if you want something that's both beautiful and manageable in size.
If you're set on birch, there are dwarf varieties available. They tend to maintain a more compact size, which could fit nicely in your garden. Just look for 'dwarf birch' or 'dwarf betula' types!
Just a tip: you could plant several smaller trees close together, which can give the appearance of a multi-stemmed tree. It helps slow down their growth a bit, too. Alternatively, you could go for a multi-stem tree if you don't mind the cost!

Thanks for the suggestion! I really was hoping for something that resembles a birch, but I appreciate the info.
