I'm really interested in naming my plants, but I want to use their biologically accurate names. The problem is, I don't have any contact with sellers or plant experts, so I'll need to figure this out on my own. I know it might be a bit of a task, but I've got some free time during my holidays to dive into it. Where should I start?

You can start with a Google image search to get a better idea of what your plants are. Just type in some of their features and see what pops up! It's a simple way to get your feet wet.
If you already know the common names of your plants, it's easy to look up their scientific names online. A handy trick is to snap pictures of the plants you’re unsure about and post them in the subreddit called whatisthisplant—lots of helpful people there!
Check out the app PlantNet—it’s super handy for identifying plants. Plus, there are tons of plant ID subreddits where you can post pictures and ask for help. If you know the genus of your plants, there are even specific subs for that, which can help narrow it down a lot!

Totally agree! That subreddit is super helpful. I've used it before and got some quick replies.
