Hey everyone! I'm on the hunt for reliable caulks and silicones that you swear by. I've had good experiences with GE Advanced Silicone, but I'm curious about their 'Supreme' version—anybody tried that? For trim, I've used Dynaflex 230 and heard it's better than DAP Alex. Also, anybody have a go-to roofing sealant for nail holes? I've heard NP-1 might be good. Lastly, what do you think about Sika 1A? Just trying to narrow down my list to a few must-have products!

For general exterior work, OSI Quad Max is awesome! I also like Mor Flexx for masonry and stucco. If you're looking for bathroom use, GE 100% Silicone is the way to go. For clean and tight joints, Alex Plus is fine, but I'd say go with Big Stretch for trim if your carpentry isn't the best. Just a heads up, OSI Quad Max is a bit tricky to work with because it's not really meant to be tooled well.

Thanks for the info! I've heard OSI Quad Max is great, though some folks mention it's hard to work with. Is it really true that it can't be tooled at all?
