I have an AC unit located in my basement, but it's filling up with water. I can't find a traditional gravity drain, and I'm really concerned about why this is happening and how I can fix it! Any ideas?

Your condensate pump is supposed to pump the water away to a drain. If it's not working, it might be clogged or broken. Make sure the float valve is working properly too; if it can't sense the water level, it won't turn on. Less likely, but something to consider is if the actual drain is clogged.
It looks like your AC may have a condensate pump at the bottom that could be malfunctioning. These pumps usually handle the water drainage, so if it’s not working, it could be why your pan keeps filling up. You can grab a replacement on Amazon pretty easily.
Absolutely! Even if the light is on, the pump might not actually be functioning properly. It's also worth checking if the float valve is connected; if it's disconnected, the pump won't know when to operate.
Thanks for the tip! The power light is on, so it seems to be getting power. Could it still be broken though?
