I just had a surprise when my garden hose end popped off due to water pressure! I managed to reinsert it, but now I'm wondering how to secure it properly. Is there a special tool I need, or can I just use some clamps? Any advice would be appreciated! Here's a link to the photo for reference: [https://imgur.com/a/B4k7c0n](https://imgur.com/a/B4k7c0n).

Oh man, I’ve had that happen too! I had to cut off the end of my flexzilla and used a hose repair kit. It worked great; it comes with two parts you just clamp on and tighten. Definitely a better design than what you’re dealing with now!
It sounds like the crimps failed, and what you need is a hose repair end! You can find these at most home improvement stores. They usually come with a barbed end and a hose clamp to get that secure fit. If you have some clamps lying around, you can give that a try on your existing setup too!
Thanks! I figured the repair ends are just similar to what I have but with a metal clamp. I’ll try using my clamps first and see how it holds up.

Thanks for the tip! I’ve got a clamp on it for now, but if that doesn’t hold, I’ll grab a repair kit next.
