My Parkside Impact Tool Keeps Shutting Down—What’s Going On?

I recently got a Parkside PDSSAP D3 impact tool, and it's been working great until I crank up the power. When I try to tighten or loosen something on a higher setting, it works for a second and then just shuts down. The only way to get it working again is to unplug the battery and plug it back in, but the same thing happens every time I try to use it at that setting. Does anyone know what could be causing this problem?

It sounds like it could be a battery issue. Have you tried using a different battery? If not, that might be worth a shot. Sometimes a battery that seems fine can actually have internal issues causing problems like you're describing.

Make sure your battery is fully charged, and if you’re using a battery that’s less than 4Ah, that might be why you’re running into issues. For this tool, a 4Ah battery is recommended. If you're already using that and it's still malfunctioning, it might be defective.
