I received a 20v pruner as a gift last year, and it's model DCPR320B. Lately, it just beeps and the blades won't move when I hit the button. First, try removing the battery and putting it back in. Sometimes, a reset can help with these kinds of issues. If that doesn't work, it might be more serious.
You might want to send it in for warranty repair. If it's acting up like that and it's still under warranty, they should help you out with it!
