Mystery Water Leak from Radon Pipe—Any Ideas?

I've been dealing with a peculiar issue where water has been seeping from the bottom of my radon pipe for the last 4-6 months. This happens just a little on wet days. The radon unit is in one corner of my basement, while the sump pump is in another corner with a French drain connecting the two. The sump pump is completely dry even though the radon pipe is consistently leaking. I've had two plumbers check the French drain, and both confirmed it's clear and in good shape, yet it remains dry too. I can't figure out where this water is coming from or why the sump is so dry on rainy days. It's really got me stumped!

Have you checked your roof? Sometimes water can travel down the vent pipe, especially if it pools enough. It could be a possibility worth investigating!

What about condensation? If you’re pulling warm air out of your basement, that air could be hitting cold surfaces outside, forming condensation that drips down.
