I'm planning to install a 10'x20' shade sail in my backyard. For two anchor points, I want to use eye bolts attached to my house. For the other two sides, I'm considering using 6"x6" treated lumber, around 12' tall. I'm hoping to attach these posts to my existing patio without needing to dig up any concrete. I found a surface mount post option online, but I'm concerned that it might not provide enough sturdiness. Would this setup hold up, or am I overlooking something?

Going with a pergola sounds like a solid alternative! You can still attach a shade sail inside it. Just make sure the pergola is secured well enough. Surface mounting might work better since it’s more stable than just using posts outright.
Using surface mounts for those posts isn't going to cut it; they need to be buried at least halfway into the ground to handle the stress from the shade sail. Winds can be pretty harsh, and you don’t want your posts ripping out during a storm.
