Need Help Building an Aquarium Stand!

Hey everyone! I'm starting my first woodworking project and need some guidance. I'm trying to build a stand for an aquarium and the design will be incorporating a flimsy wine rack that needs to support around 200 pounds. I'm totally lost about where to begin, how to finish it, and what types of fasteners or joining methods I should use. Any advice or input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for taking the time to read!

This is a pretty broad question, so it might be tough to get useful replies right away. I suggest coming up with a more detailed design first and then bringing back specific questions. That way, you’ll get targeted help! Good luck with your project!

Thanks for the tip! I didn't want to get too specific because I’m still figuring it out, lol. My main idea is to box in the wine rack on three sides, using some type of hardwood for stability. I’m thinking of making it about 18.5 inches wide and tall, but I'm freaking out a bit about wood strength and load support, especially for something this tall.
