I'm feeling pretty lost trying to choose the right wire crimper. There are so many options out there, and I'm particularly looking for one that supports replaceable DuPont jaws and has a ratcheting feature. I've been searching on Aliexpress for a while now, even leveraging ChatGPT for suggestions. I know the 'A03B' is often recommended, but I've noticed sellers don't frequently list that term. I've also concluded that an AWG 28-20 crimper would be ideal for my needs, rather than the AWG 24-16 that I've come across. It seems every time I find one that fits the bill for DuPont connectors, it lacks either the ratcheting feature or the replaceable jaws, or both! Plus, these DuPont connectors have so many confusing names, similar to how some JST connectors have multiple names depending on the seller. If anyone knowledgeable about these crimpers could help me pinpoint a good one, I'd really appreciate it! I'll keep looking, but any advice would be awesome.

I grabbed a crimper like [this one](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B019ARWWFY) a couple of years back and it works like a charm for DuPont connectors. I’m not a fan of the square plastic covers that come with the connectors though, so I just use heat shrink tubing instead.

I think I have a similar model to that; it has the same specs (0.08-0.5mm and AWG 28-20). I’ve successfully used it for JST connectors, but I wasn’t sure if it was also good for DuPont. I’ll have to give it a try once I order some connectors. Thanks for the link!
