I recently picked up a Dewalt mower—model DCMWSP256U2—on Facebook Marketplace, but it's missing the mulch plug. The seller can't locate it, and I'm having a tough time tracking down a replacement online. Since I'm not the original buyer, I doubt I can sort this out under warranty. Does anyone know the part number or where I can buy one?

You might check out this link for the mulch plug: [here](https://a.co/d/cxP4w70).
Your best bet is to visit ServiceNet, Dewalt's official parts store. You can at least get the part number there and then shop around for pricing. Here's the link: [ServiceNet](https://www.toolservicenet.com/en//Dewalt/OUTDOOR/p/DCMWSP256U2?documentID=568506).
You might be looking for part NA301421, which is item 58 in the parts diagram. You can find it [here](https://www.weingartz.com/assembly-diagram/mtd-parts-lookup/model-dcmwsp256u2-18asaau2739-181saau2739-body/4374-1225754-1228037).
Thanks for the info! I’ll definitely check that out.
Have you looked for a tag on the mower? Sometimes they list the mulch kit info in hidden spots. My riding mower had it under the seat, but I assume you've checked being you have the model number.
I checked and couldn’t find anything useful. Pretty sure the mower does come with the mulch plug, just need the part number to get a new one.
I saw that part in a video, but I’m not sure it’s the right one. Maybe order it on Prime and return it if it's not the one you need—could save some hassle!
