I just bought a house and our inspector noted that the doors to the gas furnace closet can't have louvers because they might let dangerous fumes into the living area. I'm trying to find a solid replacement door that measures 30"x63", but I haven't had any luck. Even when I tried ordering one online, I kept running into errors. Does anyone have suggestions on how to get a suitable door for this situation?

Honestly, I’d recommend installing a good carbon monoxide alarm instead of stressing too much about the door. It's a must-have for safety and will do a lot more for you than just changing the door will.
I got a CO alarm installed right next to it! My goal was to improve aesthetics with a new door, but if I can make it safer, even better!
