Need Help Fixing My Wobbly Dining Table: Leg Setup Troubles

Hey everyone! I've got a butcher block countertop from Lowe's that I'm making into a dining table, and I ordered some table legs from Amazon that I thought would be sturdy enough. The tabletop measures 72" x 39" (length x width), while the legs are 28" x 17.75" x 4" (height x width x length). I followed online advice and mounted the legs 16" from the outside edge. However, when I flipped the table upright, it turned out to be quite wobbly. Do you think I mounted the legs too close together? I'd appreciate any tips or insights to solve this! Thanks a lot!

It sounds like there could be two main issues. The instability might be due to the legs not matching up with the floor or maybe from the top moving because the legs are unbraced. What do you think?

Could you share some pictures to help us out? There's a lot going on here, and those legs sound like they're pre-made. Also, how did you attach them? That might give us a clue about the wobbliness.
