Need Help Identifying Window Manufacturer for Warranty

Hey everyone! I'm hoping to get some help identifying the manufacturer of some windows in my house. We bought the place in 2018, and the windows were put in during a renovation in 2017. I've noticed some serious degradation on the low-e coating, and I'm curious if they are still under warranty. I think most warranties last about 10 years, so if that's the case, I might still be covered. The problem is, I can't seem to figure out who made the windows because the contractor is out of business. I've attached a few photos—anyone know who might have manufactured these? Thanks a ton!

It’s tough, but usually, if you didn't buy the windows yourself, the warranty won’t transfer to you. Still, it’s worth checking! Some companies do have transferable warranties for situations like this since homes often change hands, especially after renovations. Good luck!

Yeah, that makes sense! Just hoping you might find a way to claim the warranty.

From what I see, these windows could have been sold under names like Alside or Gentek. Associated Materials might’ve made the extrusions, which were then put together by another company. If there's a PO number on the sticker, that could help you trace them. Definitely reach out and see what you find!

Thanks for the heads up! I'll check those brands and see if I can track down that PO number.
