I bought a pair of earbuds back in December, and they've been awesome, but now my left earbud is acting up. It cuts in and out, and I have to keep pressing the button to get sound from it. I think there might be a problem with the internal speaker or a loose wire. They're still under warranty, but when I tried to file a claim online, it said I'm not within the warranty date. Any advice on what to do?

Make sure you uploaded your purchase receipt when trying to file the warranty claim. Sometimes that’s what causes the issue!
It's such a bummer that you had problems with customer service. If they told you the warranty doesn't apply, I’d recommend contacting them again or trying a different support channel. Sometimes they don't keep records updated, especially with tools and gadgets.
